Retreat Nails Studio has a 24 hours cancellation policy. Therefore, we ask all of our customers that scheduled an appointment to honor your appointment or call us within 24 hours time frame to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to give other clients the next time slot available.

Please note: If you failed to give us a 24 hours cancellation notice or "no show" for your appointment, your voucher will be waived at our own discretion.
